Succinct thoughts and beautiful writing. I would also add that rotting is a natural culmination of the exhaustion women are subject to after being forced to perform tirelessly. Sometimes we are left with no choice but to crawl under the covers, not even getting up to wash our face. It's raw and honest, a vulnerability that we are now all finally sharing in.
